Village Economy Simulation

Headless, deterministic Go simulation of a two-chain village economy (beer/food and housing), built milestone by milestone from a single living spec.

Status: M0–M6 complete

SPEC iteration 22026-10-12 Go stdlib onlyall tests green

The full scripted two-chain economy runs to a stable equilibrium: measured labor utilization 0.86 against the paper budget's 0.84; the village settles at population 14 with houses at ~0.97 condition. Disasters (fire, storm) are opt-in; sweep tooling is deterministic across worker counts. The per-stage regression suite caught and fixed a real item-conservation leak.

M0 skeleton · M1 housing · M2 wheat · M3 beer · M4 population · M5 disasters · M6 sweeps. M7–M9 (NN agents, handover, Godot) were not started.
