Pre-code steady-state accounting for the two production chains, per
SPEC.md section 10. No Go code exists yet; this is the paper calculation that decides
whether an equilibrium population of ~12–20 agents exists before any parameter is frozen.
The inn is the master population dial: feeding capacity is
inn_service_slots × serve_rate_per_server = 2 × 8 = 16 beer/day. At one beer
per agent per day the equilibrium is capped at P ≈ 16, inside the target range
— but with zero feeding margin at exactly 16, so immigration needs a positive
beer-margin gate. The bigger surprise: only ~4.3 of 12 agent-days are used at
P = 16 (~64% idle). Food is scarce; time is abundant.
